Position Title: Deputy Manager- Accounts

Major Jobs & Responsibilities:

  • Must have clear perception on banking.
  • Preparing periodic financial statements including monthly profitably, cash flows, variance analysis.
  • Risk assurance, Annual audit plans.
  • Handling overall Accounts & Finance related work and practical experience in Real Estate Sector.
  • Disbursement of payment, Keeping proper records and its reconciliation.
  • Tax & VAT calculation in accordance with the government rules.
  • Checking all sorts of bills, vouchers, invoices and day to day cash and bank accounts.
  • Analyse financial statements.
  • Preparing longer term forecasts and annual Budgets
  • Making sure spending is in line with budgets
  • Working with all departments and the management team to help make financial decisions
  • Recommending ways of cutting costs
  • Providing information for audits

Experience: 6-8 years in Real Estate /Construction Industry in Accounting, Finance or Internal Audit Function.

Education / Qualification:

  • Masters degree in Accounting or Finance from reputed university, public universities (DU, CU, JU) will be preferred.  Must have CA (CC) /CMA (part qualified).
  • Able to pick up fast
