Job Title: Product Development Manager

Educational Qualification:

• An ideal candidate should have Graduation or Master degree from any recognized university preferably from Science or Commerce Background.
• Degree on Footwear Technology will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:

• The applicants should have 8-10 (Eight -Ten) years working experience.
• Working experience in the Footwear industry is must.

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Assist with managing the product development process from the concept phase to post-launch analysis phase.
• Involvement in new product concept brainstorming meeting.
• Primary liaison with overseas vendors for product development from artwork to product specifications, sculpting and sample approval. Negotiate pricing with overseas vendors.
• Ensure the accuracy of product and packaging samples and seek approvals required. 
• Communicate with global sites regarding new product update and Development.
• Proceeding sample development through PDS AND ERP software
• Co-ordinate among the departments within the factory for sample development and follow up overall development process.
• Check developed sample with buyer’s specification and send for  approval
• Query receiving and giving required feedback on time to Customer/Brand for each order
• Follow up order until shipment of the samples to the customers / Brand.
• Provide on time services to customers / Brand for product information, price information & artwork information.
• Responsible for doing any other jobs to be assigned by the management.

• Should be pleasant personality and should be smart and well groomed
• Should be familiar with Customer Relationship Management
• Should have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility.
• Should be willing to work for additional hours if it is required to finish the assigned responsibility.
• Should have advanced knowledge in MS Office & other computer applications
• Should have good analytical ability, good communication skill in English - both written & verbal.
• Should have good interpersonal skills and be capable of working both independently and collectively.
• Age not above 40 years

Salary Range: Negotiable
