Job Description / Responsibility
- Lead the kitchen & Restaurant unit and manage the operation. Need previous experience and run it with strict kitchen (HACAP) standard.
- Must be Proficient in the following dimensions of kitchen functions: food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, safety, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, food costing and preparation of reports
- Must be able to communicate and understand in English and Bengali.
- Oversee the Operations of the cafeteria within the Primacies
- Create and implement new items for the menus for patient along with the nutrition experts, including using seasonal and locally sourced produce with the ability to include regional specialties
- Must have good working knowledge of own area, market trends and industry changes.
- Exceptional communication and presentational skills.
- Monitor & controlling kitchen flow.
- Operate within controlled budgets, cost dishes etc. analyze future purchasing to prevent over / under buying
- Control stock requirements & purchasing / replenishment, operate stock takes, prevent excessive wastage / spoilage
- Excellent Customer Service Skills and ability to understand and respond to individual guest's needs and requirements
- Ability to think on your feet and under pressure whilst maintaining a positive outlook and attention to detail and solve problems quickly
- Excellent time management, able forward plan and prioritize tasks to ensure work load is balanced and urgent situations are dealt with immediately. Ability to multitask
- Manage a small team of cooks (restaurant Manage /Supervisor /Sous /Commis/Dishwashers) including Hiring, training & disciplining and overseeing performance
- Make employment and termination decisions.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management, Diploma in Business Studies in Hospitality Management
- Bachelor in hotel/restaurant management is desirable.
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in leading an international Hotel restaurant & kitchen unit outside of Bangladesh or 5 leading a star hotel restaurant / kitchen unit experience.
- A combination of practical experience and education will be considered as an alternative.
Job Requirements
- Age 30 to 35 years

- Must have Knowledge about lesson with Foreigner & High Official
