Job Title - Senior Officer, Customer Service

Job Description:
- Serve customers face to face and over phone and answer their queries with empathy, pro-activeness and in a professional manner.
- Actively sell the English courses and books of FM Institute to walk-in and over-the-phone customers at the Centre to increase revenue.
- Act as the Centre Manager and manage the entire Centre’s operations including customer service, teaching and classrooms, security, finance, problem solving, etc.
- Report to senior management on a regular basis with updates and inform in case of any urgency.
- Promote FM Institute’s English courses and books in the local area especially in the nearby schools, colleges, universities and offices to increase sales.
- Resolve any issues in the Centre with utmost sincerity and report to senior management as required.
- Provide highest efforts to give top quality customer service and ensure sales at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Around 2 years of customer service or sales experience
- Experience in managing center, unit or team
- Ability to manage different types of people efficiently
- Ability to resolve different issues effectively
- Capable of convincing people
- Computing skills
- Fast typing skills
Salary:
- Monthly BDT. 12000 for first 3 months during probation period, then BDT. 15000 after 3 months upon confirmation.
