Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define the specific online platforms and digital marketing channels to reach organizational objectives.
  • Design both online and offline marketing plans and strategies based on business requirements.
  • Ensure search engine advertising e.g. Google Ad-words are included in marketing plans.
  • Analyze options for all digital campaign planning, i.e. email marketing, pay per click (PPC), content marketing, SEO, affiliate marketing, social media, social advertising, to yield best results and measure effective Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Adopt best practice management in mobile marketing across PPC, SMS and mobile apps.
  • Design a coherent and continuous social media strategy which matches organizational objectives and policies around social media.
  • Identify and introduce new digital tools and platforms to optimize business goals.
  • Follow a data driven approach to marketing through the use of historical campaign data, as well as key market research and analytic tools which assist in understanding our audiences.
  • Develop a culture within the organization which integrates marketing into their planning by using multi-channel marketing strategies to achieve maximum impact.
  • Identify digital marketing campaign objectives, develop customer-oriented, competitive digital and social media marketing plans, ensuring effective digital campaign delivery to meet targets.
  • Design and implement a plan for increasing conversion rate through positive site user experience.
  • Use relevant tools and techniques for website performance management.
  • Ensure images are available for content developments and communications. 

Job requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Marketing and Communications preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the fields of digital marketing, SEO. Google Ad-words, CPC, PPC, SMS & Email Marketing, affiliate marketing, social media, social advertising as well as offline marketing.
  • Creative mindset and ability to think out of the box.
  • Sound knowledge on contents.
