Job Title - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:

  • Serve customers face to face and over phone and answer their queries with empathy, pro-activeness and in a professional manner. 
  • Actively sell the English courses and books of FM Institute to walk-in and over-the-phone customers at the Centre to increase revenue.
  • Act as the Centre Manager and manage the entire Centre’s operations including customer service, teaching and classrooms, security, finance, problem solving, etc. 
  • Report to senior management on a regular basis with updates and inform in case of any urgency.
  • Promote FM Institute’s English courses and books in the local area especially in the nearby schools, colleges, universities and offices to increase sales.
  • Resolve any issues in the Centre with utmost sincerity and report to senior management as required.
  • Provide highest efforts to give top quality customer service and ensure sales at all times.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Around 2 years of customer service or sales experience
  • Experience in managing center, unit or team
  • Ability to manage different types of people efficiently
  • Ability to resolve different issues effectively
  • Capable of convincing people
  • Computing skills
  • Fast typing skills

Salary:

  • 12,000/- (negotiable)
  • 5% commission on profit
  • Other additional commissions
