To evaluate, manage and maintain compliance and technical standards within our supply base to ensure they operate within Local Laws, Ethical Standards and Retailers requirements. |

Graduate preferably from English discipline. |
| Experience Requirements: |
- Minimum of 3 years
- The applicant should have experience in the following areas:
- Strong background in external auditing and able to work proactively with suppliers to promote continuous improvement.
- Good understanding of garment manufacturing Technical systems.
- Good understanding of UK retailers compliance requirements.
- Good knowledge of SMETA, WRAP and ACCORD requirements and process.

| Additional Job Requirements: |
- Extensive knowledge of Labour Law, BNBC and industry requirements.
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Good communication skills with ability to liaise with factories and Overseas Head Office.
- Strong influencing skills, self motivation and personal ambition.
- Good report writing and general admin skills.
- Flexible with enthusiasm to travel consistently within region.
- Knowledge of ceramics, plastic and hard goods factory compliance advantageous

| Salary Range: |
Up to 40,000 BDT depending on experience. |
