Job Responsibilities

  • Perform and ensure core HR activities and practices.
  • Responsible for day to day operation and overall management of the Human Resources Department
  • Develop organization structure with appropriate reporting matrix to attain the optimum operational efficiency
  • Plan, coordinate, and participate in recruitment and selection processes and ensure that a fair recruitment policy is followed
  • Implement cost effective compensation and benefit policies based on market practice, collect and update market data through Compensation and Benefit survey to ensure that organization`s practice is competitive
  • Develop strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management`s directives to meet the needs of the growing organization
  • Facilitation and co-ordination of the performance review and employee development programs
  • Promote a multi-cultural work environment
  • Prepare quarterly and Yearly HR report and drafting different meeting resolutions.

Educational Requirements 

  • MBA in HRM or Masters Degree with PGD in HRM
 

Experience Requirements 

  • 7 to 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    General HR
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements

  • Age 30 to 42 year(s)
  • Only males are allowed to apply.
  • Minimum 8 years` experience in HR Department out of which minimum 2 years in a managerial position
  • Experience in the Insurance industry will be an added advantage
  • Must have computer literacy
  • Must be excellent in speaking and writing Bangla and English
  • Hands-on experience in preparation of employee handbook, manuals, organizational guidelines and procedures, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, General HR, HRIS/HR Database Management, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Process Improvement, Performance & Career Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development

Salary Range: Negotiable
