Fair Electronics Limited, a concern of Fair Group is now looking for a creative, dynamic and proactive individual to fill up the following position:
Assistant Manager - IT

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing Servers, Storage (SAN & NAS) system at Data Center.
  • Responsible for administering Active directory service, mail service, DNS, Website and proxy and web access security service
  • Manage system design/architecture and monitors system stability and activity, making recommendations for additional resources and equipment.
  • Oversee system security, troubleshoots and fixe failures, schedules and execute backups and prepare system restoration/disaster recovery plans.
  • Responsible for Maintaining, troubleshooting, installing and configuring of LAN, WAN and WiFi equipment.
  • Responsible for managing Network and Security devices and protocols including Cisco Firewall, Router & Switch.
  • Manage network design and architecture and monitor network stability and activity, making recommendations for additional resources and equipment.
  • Responsible for maintaining, protecting & developing company's IT systems such as Access Control, Surveillance systems, etc. and performing routine monitoring of all the installed systems.
  • Providing technical supports (Computer Hardware, Printer, Network and Software) to the end users of different systems.
  • Coordinating with the vendors/providers for their prompt supports. Regular monitoring of the performance of all the systems.

Educational Requirements

  • B.Sc in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ IT from any reputed university.
  • Certification on MCSE/ CCNA/ MCDBA (Preferred)

Experience Requirements

  • The applicants must have 5-7 years’ experience in relevant sector.
  • Applicants must have experience on VMware infrastructure solution.
  • Sound Knowledge about Oracle MySQL Sever ,MS SQL Server
  • Experience on Linux and Windows Server Environment

Competencies & skills:

  • Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
  • Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
