Job Responsibilities

• Prepare IT plan on the basis of business and company requirements.
  
• Prepare IT performance contract (PC)
  
• Manage and Implement integrated software and non-applications, infrastructure, and e-service related projects.
  
• Formulate and implement company IT policies implementing global IT standards.
  
• Develop awareness among the users of these policies and standards.
  
• Manage IT team to deliver services and solution as per plan and strategy.
  
• Assigning team members with job areas/projects and develop them where necessary and review their performance periodically.
  
• Ensure the quality of service and goods supplied by the vendors /service providers as per our standard and specification.
  
• Maintain Vendor/Suppliers relationship for IT product and service.
  
• Analize the business and users requirement (New requirement, maintenance & Service for both applications and infrastructure).
  
• Ensure that IT controls are in place. Manage and maintain proper procedures for protecting possible losses on information and asset.
  
• Develop and review disaster recovery procedure and business continuity plan.
  
• Involve in different phases of both application and infrastructure projects i.e. requirement study and analysis, scope identification, process mapping and configuration, change management, reports/ interfaces identification, data preparation, testing, training and implementation.
  
• Regular feedback and reporting to the Management committee regarding IT activities.
  
• Build interpersonal cooperation and teamwork between diverse operation unit and cross functional team including franchise operation.

Educational Requirements 

• B.Sc. in Computer Science with Vendor Certification 

Experience Requirements 

• 8 to 12 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  IT System Management
  
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Distribution Companies/Wholesal
