A renowned (Food & Beverage, Tissue Industries) is looking for some young, smart, energetic, ambitious Male person to support company`s growth in sales and committed individuals for the following position.
Candidates will get the opportunity to work in their respective areas.
Job Responsibilities
- Sales Planning and Strategy for the Region for achieving Annual Operation Plan
- Responsible for achieving Company objectives along with retail coverage, regional volume through Company sales force and distributors.
- Guide and coach Sales team in setting up their target and ensure due compliance through continuous supervision, monitoring and management inputs.
- Actively involved in primary and secondary sales monitoring; Assist National Sales Manager as & when required.
- Proficient to handle the issues & knowledgeable on managing market intelligence.
- Analyze and ensure monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target
- Maximize unit wise sales achievement
- Propose different plans to minimize cost and maximize profit
- Monitor the activities of the competitors & set suitable sales strategies in the assigned area

- 3 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales, Marketing
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Positive attitude to work in an aggressive as well as competitive market
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
Salary: Negotiable
