Job Description / Responsibility

• Supervise assigned site construction, understand the drawing, design and maintain the construction accordingly, estimate the material requirements and manage good supply chain with the suppliers.
• Time to time compare the actual work done as planed and take necessary action to maintain the work schedule of project(s)
• Managing site supervisor and labor/ contractors.
• Communication with CEO regarding implementation of works.
• Reporting to Superior.
• Checking the quality & quantity of  received materials.
• You should plan, prepare budget, supervise and coordinate construction materials requirement, time schedule, installation, maintenance, support, documentation and testing activities to ensure compliance with codes and specifications for successful execution of the projects.
• To supervise & execute construction of building project including shore pile, Basement, super structure, sanitary , plumbing ,electrical, fire protection & detection  system, HVAC system, all other electro mechanical system  and total finishing works of the building as per drawing.
• Should be able to manage project independently.
• Any other task assigned by management
• All other job responsibility will be given at the time of joining

B.Sc in Civil Engineering from public university
