Job Description / Responsibility
- Operate GDS systems (Galileo, Abacus, Sabre and Amadeus) to issue domestic and international tickets.
- Managing relationships with travel agencies and vendors.
- Able to collect payment from customers for tickets before the IATA payment dates.
- Able to issue, reissue, and refund of any ticket. Ensure ticket authenticity, sell ticket books, mark received tickets and maintain required documentation.
- Provide high level of customer service.
- Understanding local Travel agency market trends and competitor's activity to generate new future business for ticketing, and others
- Answering phones professionally, courteously and promptly.
- Discussing clients requirements and provide advice on worldwide destinations, tours, accommodation and flights.
- Ensuring all bookings & reservations are processed accurately and issue e-ticket.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelors/ Graduate from any university will be preferable.
- Must have training on Galileo, GDS & Ticketing.
- Education qualification may relaxed for experienced candidate
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1 Year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Airline, Tour Operator, Travel Agent
- Graphics Designing

- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Reservation, Operations, Reservation/ Ticketing, Travel Agent
- Professional courses on reservation and ticketing added advantage
