Job Description / Responsibility

  • Booking and Ticketing through GDS as well as fare quotation and sales promotion for minimum 03 (Three) years in an IATA accredited Travel Agency.
  • Dealing with IATA other related issues.
  • Dealing with Other airlines in payment & other related issues.
  • Reservation & Ticketing.
  • Handle customer enquiries both telephonically and by email regarding Airlines Ticketing and Hotel booking.
  • Keep contact with the corporate clients,
  • Manage and resolve customer information,
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary,
  • Plan and produce a tactical sales call plan each week with an update of the previous week.

Educational Requirements

  • Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree in any discipline from a reputed university.
  • Excellent academic track record

Experience Requirements

  • 03 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Customer Care, Reservation/ Ticketing, Tour Guide, Travel Agent, Visa Processing.
  • Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
  • Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
  • Must have experience in dealing IATA Related Issues.

Additional Job Requirements

  • Age 28 to 45 year(s)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office are must.
  • Must have a pleasant personality.
  • Capable to issue, re issue, refund, void tickets as well as making sales statement for every fortnight.
  • Please don`t apply if you have no experience in Abacus/Amadeus/ Galileo.
