Job Description / Responsibility
- The Head of Technology Sales Operations plays an analytical role, where he is responsible for sales analytics, sales tracking, sales effectiveness, and reporting of sales performance with strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
- Identify and contact potential customers with Consultative Sales approach
- for new business opportunities.
- Should have experience in Tech Sales and tactics to meet business goals.
- Keen interest for latest technology and dedication for research and development with excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to manage the entire sales cycle from identifying the right business initiatives and building a competitive value proposition to negotiate through closing and after sales service.
- Able to act independently and coordinate with others to meet the intent of the project requirements.

Educational Requirements
- Business Graduate / Graduate in engineering background with sales management experience of (BMS/ Security Surveillance/ IoT / MEP) will be preferred.
