Job Description / Responsibility:
- Reporting to the Kiosk In Charge regarding overall operation.
- Meet & greet and welcome them into the Kiosk.
- Proactively aware/inform customers regarding our products and service.
- Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company.
- Maintaining & Ensuring strictly kiosk opening-closing schedule.
- Maintaining staff grooming & hygiene.
- Maintain client data base with proper information.
- Carry out daily, monthly or other assign tasks by the management.
- Identify the customer need.
- Provide relevant products presentation and USP according to the policy.
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary products and documents.
Job Nature: Part-time (Working Duration: 6 Hours)
Educational Requirements:
- B.Sc. / Honors in any discipline. (Students are highly encourage to apply)
Experience Requirements:
- Fresher are highly encourage to apply.
Additional Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication, analytical, planning and presentation skills.
- Self-driven and positive attitude.
- Manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Computer literacy in MS Office & Outlook.
- Must be hard working and willing to give extra effort to learn the trade.
