JOB PURPOSE:
Perform physical and other verification of provided information by the Applicant in Account Opening Form (AOF)/Loan or Credit Card applications/Changes in Existing account information
Educational Requirements
- Master Degree in Business or relevant qualification.

- Dynamic and client-oriented, with good interpersonal skills. Knowledgeable regarding corporate culture
- Ability to move in remote areas
- Ability to work under pressure and under tight deadlines
Key - Responsibility
- Conduct Contact Point Verification of Applicant as per CVU policy
- Inquiring about the customer from the surrounding households, shops, etc. in line with submitted AOF/Loan and other documents along with photograph.
- Check nature of the profession and related documents. For businessman it can be trade license, relevant business docs. For doctors it can be income declaration, BMDC certificate etc.
- Collect guarantor signature physically
- Collect signature in LOI/Pay Slip/Cash Voucher from HR/Accounts of respective organization.
- Verify/withdraw customer bank statement from respective branches physically.
- To conduct telephone verification of all contact numbers
- Prepare the verification report by collecting the information from field visit and also ensure that all the addresses (residence, office, guarantor etc.) have been physically verified
- Prepare MIS of daily received/delivery of files and perform the related activities like Scanning, photocopying, area wise shorting distribution etc.
- Ensure the work progress within TAT with accuracy and authenticity
