• Responsible to explore new target markets, find and identify new customers to grow the business
• Ability to analyze and evaluate sales records & trends to increase sales by triple digit
• Must be numeric person, bottom line oriented & Result driven
• Capable to grow faster & work under pressure
• Must have strong computer skills including email communication
• Ability to work hard & long hour
• Strong Leadership quality
• Must be self motivated, smart& energetic

Job Nature: Full Time

Educational Requirements: Must be graduate/ BBA from any reputed university. MBA is preferable.

Experience Requirements: Not compulsory but 1-2 years experience in any well managed company will be an added advantage.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Self-driven attitude, willingness to learn and a strong presence of mind combined with problem solving ability and decision making skills
• Excellent communication skills both in English & Bangla
• Interest to work anywhere in Bangladesh and ready to travel extensively
