Requirements:

• Preparing Promotional Plan & Perform Successfully.
• Making Marketing Strategy, Competitor analysis for Market Development
• Effective plans to ensure smooth functioning of Marketing & Sales for achieving desired objective.
• Responsible to explore new target markets, find and identify new customers to grow the business.
• Ability to analyze and evaluate sales records & trends to increase sales by triple digit.
• Must be numeric person, bottom line oriented & Result driven.
• Capable to grow faster & work under pressure.
• Ability to work hard & long hour.
• Strong Leadership quality.
• Must be self motivated & energetic.

Job Nature: Full Time

Educational Requirements: Must be graduated from any reputed university

Experience Requirements: Not compulsory but 1-2 years experience in any well managed company will be an added advantage.

Additional Job Requirements

• Self-driven attitude, willingness to learn and a strong presence of mind combined with problem solving and decision making skills
• Excellent communication skills both in English & Bangla
