POSITION SUMMARY

Report to Head of Air Freight. To handle the clients, ensure smooth operation as per SOP which will help SG Logistics Limited to build own brand image in the competitive market and also ensure sustainable business growth to carry out it’s mission

Key Tasks & Duties:

• Communicate, maintain business relation with shipper / agents with zero error.
• Booking follow up with shipper & local buying office/overseas agent to get shipment approval.
• Capable to PO management – EDI entry as per client SOP.
• Coordinate with airport & warehouse team for shipment booking and planning for airline hand over.
• Ability to prepare HAWB, HBL, Shipping Order, invoicing  in the system.

JOB LOCATION:  Corporate Office, Dhaka

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Masters degree in any discipline.
• Good in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, outlook).
• Required 1 - 2 years experience in  Freight Forwarding industry / airlines industry
• Fresher's are strongly encourage to apply.
