POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Operation In Charge, the incumbent shall perform following major duties which includes but not limited to:

• Maintain safety and security within the office premises
  
• Ensure compliance, health, safety, security and provide technical support to line management
  
• Identify issues impacting health, safety and wellbeing at facility and advise solution
  
• Investigate any issues identified as a result of audits and day‐to‐day operational activities
  
• Develop/upgrade existing Safe Work Method, Standard Operating Procedures and ensure application
  
• Understand and interpret legislative compliance to HS&S principles
  
• Carry out incident investigations, risk assessments and deliver health and safety training programs
  
• Maintain, update and manage emergency response plans and evacuation procedures

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum graduation in any discipline
  
• 1‐3 years of experience in relevant field
  
• Professional communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence at management level

ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Trained on Fire Fighting, First Aid and Security Threat Analysis
  
• Good Communication Skills both written and verbal
  
• Computer Knowledge: MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
  
• Energy, enthusiasm and passion to work as part of a team
  
• Interpersonal Abilities and time management
