Forwarding, Air Line GSA, Aviation, Express Courier Service, Travel & Tourism, Information
Technology, Project Management etc. The Group consists of different business units including joint ventures, franchisees and independent business operations.

To support our continuous growth, we are looking for talents for the following position:

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a member of HR Team the incumbent shall report to the Group Head of HR. His duties and responsibilities includes but not limits to :

• Liaise with the relevant Hiring managers and Corporate HR to coordinate end to end
  recruitment process for the group
• Assist the Group Head of HR in reviewing and executing performance management process
• Periodically review all existing HR policies and recommended changes where necessary
• Update HRIS software, ensure all employee information are updated and generate relevant reports to facilitate HR planning and other decisions making related to HR Management

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Business graduate with HR major is preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience in HR at MNC, reputed Organization or experience in BPO
  industry ( with large workforce) ; out of which, 1 year in a leadership position is preferred
  

ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

• IT savvy and conversant with HR software operations
• Strong Interpersonal skills and accustomed in business partnering with senior leadership team
• Excellent presentation and writing ability in English
• Self driven and ability to work under minimum supervision
• Target oriented and respect for deadline
