POSITION: Executive- Customer Services

POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to Airport Services Manager, the incumbent shall be performing a key role in implementing the Airport Services initiatives.  Major responsibilities of the position include but not limit to: 

• Customer check-in process
• Boarding gate handling
• Ramp handling
• Represent CX/KA interest in the airport community

JOB LOCATION: Hazrat Shahjalal international airport, Dhaka

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor in any discipline
• 2 years of experience in any airlines will be preferred

ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS.

• Strong interpersonal relationship skills and ability to deal with multiple stakeholders.
  

Working Hour:   Night Shift (07:00pm to 03:00am)
