Therapist/Beautician

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure mental health assistance and support for clients;
• Listening and allowing people to talk and reflect on their feelings and experiences can change their life;
• Support clients reflect on issues to help them make positive changes
• Liaising with others (if needed) to meet clients demand
• Referring clients to other therapies
• Setting up a contract to establish what will be covered in the sessions
• Setting up any confidentiality issues
• Encouraging clients to talk
• Keeping records of past sessions

Academic qualification

• Graduation in related field

Experience and competencies

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same field;
• Beauty Therapy Trained or equivalent
• Skill and qualification in any aesthetic treatments;
• Previous and proven experience of working in a high end Salon or Spa or Clinic
• Must be happy to perform a range of Beauty treatments
• Up to date with industry trends
• Good retail skills, recommend and offer home care advice to every client & promote retail.
• High service standards;
• Motivated, passionate and customer focused;
• Flexible with shift patterns as weekend work will be expected
