HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manpower Budgeting & Planning
  • Talent Acquisition based on best fit and identifying different avenues for the same
  • Talent Management in the Organization
  • Planning, Executing and Following up with Annual Appraisal Cycle
  • Compensation Management
  • Filing and Fulfilling all Statutory & Compliances requirement for the Organization
  • Induction & Orientation of Employees
  • Training & Development Activities
  • HRIS Maintenance and Update
  • All Employee Documentation during the tenure of employment
  • Policies & Procedure formulation as per norms and requirements
  • Grievance & Query Management
  • Setting up harassment and other required committees
  • Employee Engagement activities to enhance employee morale
  • Exit and Final settlement related activities
  • Handling legal issues pertaining to employee or employment related
  • Enhancing the Knowledge quotient and encouraging in succession planning
  • KRA and KPI Setting and lining it to the organizational Objectives
  • Creating and employee Brand

Academic qualification

  • Post Graduate/ Graduate in HR/Post Graduation in Anthropology

Experience and competencies

  • Min 9 years experience in HR out of which 2 years in Healthcare
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Confident, self driven, innovative , problem solving and excellent technical skills
  • Should be strived for excellence, dependable and trustworthy.
