Title: Senior Executive / Executive – Planning /Production

Location: Chittagong

Age: Below 28 years

Salary: Tk. 20,000/- to 30,000/- (depending on the competence) during 6 months probation. Single accommodation will be provided in company premises. On successful completion of probation, PF, Gratuity, Festival Bonus, Medical & Hospitalization for self & immediate dependents and other facilities will be provided as per company service rules.

Academic and other attainments: B. Sc. in Textiles Engineering from any public university with 2/3 yrs. working experience in any reputed Spinning Mills are preferable and candidates but Diploma in Textiles from public institutions with 4-5 yrs experience in reputed Spinning Mills may also apply.

Major jobs and responsibilities:

• Assist the department head in formulating production plan and proper implementation
• To coordinate / follow-up with QC/Production/Sales & Marketing and others ensuring efficient implementation and meeting production schedule/customer satisfaction.
• To conduct study on production and product improvement at times.
• Proper maintenance of data & document in production related ERP software to generate reports
• To monitor compliance related issues in the production floor for proper implementation.
• Ensure targeted yarn production of a shift
• Provide motivation and guidance to the floor level workers
• Ensure  wastage generation within the targeted limit
• Ensure targeted quality parameters of yarn
• To carry out other departmental assignments.
