Position Title: Executive – Business Development (Male / Female)

Major Jobs & Responsibilities:

• Major responsibilities include monitoring & supervision of field sales operation and activities of field sales personnel.
• Conduct various market surveys and generate reports on findings
• Conduct various qualitative & quantitative research on products, market and industry
• Other functions relevant to develop business & market.
• Carry out all other reasonable assignments by authority at times

Education / Qualification:

• MBA (Major in Finance/Accounting/Marketing) / MSS (Economics/Statistics) (Public Universities preferred).
• Age Below or equal to 30 year(s)
• Candidate who has similar working knowledge & experience in conducting, monitoring & supervising qualitative & quantitative research as well as report presentation will be given preference.
• Should be a proactive & self-organized person with long career commitment.
• Must have good analytical report writing skills and good computer literacy.

Experience: 1-2 years in FMCG sales & Marketing would be preferable but not essential

Salary: Tk. 25,000/- (During 06 months probation) which will be reviewed during confirmation. However, negotiable for deserving candidates.
