Position Title: Executive- Supply Chain

Major Jobs & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day and near term planning process, including procurement, inventory control and distribution so as to rule out lost sales opportunities and costly delays and will communicate issues that affect such.
• Contact and visit domestic suppliers to source new products, identify alternate suppliers, and ensure adherence to contractual agreements.
• Negotiate price, terms and conditions, service, and delivery requirements through strong supplier selection process, technical evaluation, and cost/price analysis.
• Coordinate the delivery of materials by the suppliers and their payment and ensure that products meet quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Oversee inventory control of raw materials and finished goods.
• Prepare monthly, weekly, daily reports and focus on proactive & cost effective operations.
• Collection of purchase requirements submitted by concern department/Project.
• Quotation collection from various vendors/suppliers
• Ensure checking of price of the procured goods by visiting the market frequently and prepare comparative statement gathered quotations
• Search for the new and alternative supplier
• Ensure timely delivery of the requested materials
• Collection & processing of bills for ensuring timely payment
• Update prospective vendors, retailers, suppliers database on regular basis
• Provide purchase related report when required
• Assist the departmental head to develop all necessary purchased related documents

Education / Qualification:

• Masters from Public Administration/ Economic/ Statistics/ MBA in Management/ Accounting from Public University.
• Must have good analytical report writing skills and good computer literacy
• Dynamic, self-starter, proactive, analytical, team player with strong leadership quality.
• Interpersonal skills and sound communication skills is essential.
• Should be a proactive & self-organized person with long career commitment
• Age Below or equal to 30 year(s) .

Experience:

• At least 3 year(s) experience in local procurement.
