Position : Asst. Manager (Marketing & Sales) No. of Vacancies: 05 Job Description / Responsibility

• Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
• Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
• Development of new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
• Build a strong relationship with the clients.
• Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visit, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
• Managing events, promotions & market communications.
• Develop and maintain client relations.
• Direct visit to different corporate companies & others.
• Any other jobs assigned by the reporting authority from time to time.

Job Nature : Full-time

Educational Requirements : Masters/ MBA (preferably in Marketing) from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Corporate Marketing of Real Estate company.

Additional Job Requirements

• Ability to work under pressure as a team member under control of team leader.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Have strong commercial acumen and places high importance on pursuing opportunities to increase sales.
• Be prepared to work in odd hours if required.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficiency in use of MS-Office.
