We are looking to expand vertically into Farming, Distribution and Retail.

No. of Position: 01 (One)

Job Responsibilities

• To develop Store Management Material in-house Plan and Operational Store Management Plan.
• To make report on Stock holding days VS Average production.
• To manage both inward and outward stock movement whilst maintaining accuracy and integrity of the store’s inventory records including all associated documentation and record keeping for accounting purposes.
• To manage store departmental people's activities and movement.
• To develop and maintain a professional relationship with suppliers, contractors, and freight forwarders for ensuring smooth operation.
• Maintain stock reports and store inventory reports on a regular basis.
• Ensure stock items are properly segregated and maintain uninterrupted supply of products.
• Overseeing inventory control and processing orders.
• Forward required documentation to Corporate or unit purchase depending on the nature of item to be procured;
• Approving incoming materials by confirming specifications, reporting, rejecting or returning unacceptable materials.
• Conduct physical stock taking & verification of inventory;
• Coordination with all related departments for efficient operations.

Additional Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills in both English & Bengali.
• Dynamic, innovative, energetic and presentable.
• Good knowledge & skills in MS Office Package and ERP/CRM software.
• Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.
• Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelors in Marketing / Management from any reputed university. MBA preferable.

Experience

• Minimum 3 Years in relevant field.
