We are looking to expand vertically into Farming, Distribution and Retail.

Required Skills:
- You know how to convince people and sell.
- You have worked in sales of food products.
- You know how to analyze consumer sentiment and behavior and can drive local market sales.
- Experienced in brand/product promotion.
- Experienced in local and foreign client management.
- Expert in consumer research.
- Familiar with campaigns for product marketing.
- Strong command over Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.
- Innovative and convincing presentation skill.
Job Requirements:
- Developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans.
- Managing and coordinating marketing and creative staff, leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services.
- Liaising with media organizations and advertising agencies.
- Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
- Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
Educational Requirements:
- MBA in Marketing from any reputed university.
- Excellent command in English and Bengali.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year as a Marketing Manager or 3 years in a Senior Marketing post in sales of food products.
If you have actively worked with any top brand’s marketing team or handled their promotional events then that would be a plus.
Salary:
Negotiable.
