Job Description / Responsibility:

• Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
• Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
• Regular follow-up with existing / potential clients.
• Build a strong relationship with the customer.
• Must be capable to achieve the respective sales targets.
• Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market.
• Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
• Conduct site visit for customer.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements: He should hold a Graduate or MBA

Experience Requirements:

• 1 year for Executive and 3 year(s) for Sr. Executive.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate/ Developer.
• Experience in Chittagong Real Estate marker are encourage to apply

Additional Job Requirements:

• Good Negotiation Skills
• Good Working knowledge on MS Office
• Physical fitness for Movement/ Physical visit

Job Location: Chittagong

Salary Range: Negotiable
