Job Responsibilities
- Candidate will be responsible for making effective monthly production plan/ advance plan of the orders in consultation and coordination with Marketing and Merchandising, production head, & management team.
- Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
- Prepare operation bulletin machine / line layout.
- Do method / Motion / Time study in line for each style.
- Capacity study of line for setting standards targets and line balancing.
- Monitor the productivity and efficiency report.
- Train the concern responsible to increase productivity.
- Ensure various system implementations to minimize the cost and increase efficiency of factory
- Maintain all tech production related KPI 's and make sure those are in exported level.
- Coordinate with cutting to packing department to ensure the set process sequencing without any failure.
- Co-ordinate with Work study, IE & Planning, Supply Chain department for smooth production.
- Responsible for achieving target and high efficiency.
- Line production balancing and process engineering.
- Reviewing production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong production follow-up.
- Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with Merchandising, production & fabrics department for order Planning & proper line allocation of the styles.
- Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
- Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a root cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation.
- Highlight production anomalies & suggest for needful steps to concern management.
- Building relationship with merchandising department & Production people (store, cutting, sewing, finishing & washing) for smooth operation.
- Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules.
- Study and record time and motion, methods, and speed involved in performance of production, maintenance and other worker operations for such purposes as establishing standard production rates or improving efficiency.
- Evaluate staff performance, new operator's skill assessment, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career developments.

Educational Requirements
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Industrial, production Engineer (IPE) / from any reputed university,
Experience Requirements
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 7 year experience in IE & Planning Department in RMG industry (Knitwear & Lingerie)
- Without knowledge on following sector not need to apply.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area (S): Production, Floor/Line Management, Work Study, and Planning.
- Only experienced candidate should apply.
- Must have experience in composite textile industry.
