- Plan, develop and implement the overall supply chain and marketing strategy.
- Act as the key liaison between product buyers and sellers.
- Strong knowledge on sourcing of mineral items and commodity items. Besides capable of handling all kinds of commercial documents & contracts.
- Ability to think critically and creatively on all sales and supply chain issues.
- Forecasting future supply chain challenges and trend analysis of business.
- Continually asses marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales goals
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations and customer service teams to reach creatively more potential customers and asses’ sales projections
- Cultivate and maintain excellent client relationships and partnerships with future buyers that add value to the business.
- Ability to innovate and implement change successfully, driven and committed to success while maintaining integrity
- Exceptional communication, inter personal and presentation skills.
- Determine key supply chain KPIs
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain good relationships with prospective vendors and buyers.
- Graduate in any discipline with certification of Supply Chan Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Work under stress and challenging situation.
