Job Description / Responsibility:

• Plan, Organize, establish and enhance retail network/coverage to achieve Annual/monthly targets in value & volume.
• Ensure clear communication and adherence of pricing & promotions and apply management input.
• Collect market reports, performance reports of own and competitors’ products to forge future actions/strategies.
• Drive and manage cost reduction program (CRP) and profit maximization by utilizing manpower and assets/equipment.
• Develop/Design marketing plan and sales policies to achieve market share.
• Prepare and submit plan & policies to develop product brand all type of promotional activities.
• Monitoring sales, collections to achieve sales target.
• Train, motivate & supervise sales team.
• Analyzing SWOT and take strategy.
• Responsible for proper utilization of manpower under the organizational structure.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Perform any other relevant task assigned by the authority.

Job Nature:

• Preliminary from 03 to 06 months contractual and job will be permanent depend on fulfill of sales target.

Educational Requirements:

• Masters/ MBA (preferably in Marketing) from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:

• 10 to 15 year(s) in reputed Real Estate sector
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Sales, Marketing, Corporate Sales

Job Requirements:

• Age 35 to 45 years
• Good communication & negotiation skill.
• Strong leadership skill.
• Knowledge of Tele-sales will be think advantage
• Ability to work with a professional sales team
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Need to have sound knowledge in MS-office &, Internet management etc.

Job Location: Chittagong

Salary Range: Negotiable
