Enroute International Limited is looking for Trainer/Senior Trainer for one of it’s SBU Enroute Center for Development
Job Description / Responsibility
- Conduct training as per needs.
- Develop training modules, materials and training schedule based on training requirements.
- Travel frequently in the project areas, necessary feedback to improve learning process.
- Produce and review learning materials (lesson plan, handout, evaluation sheet, worksheet etc.).
- Prepare and assist in report writing.
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Job Nature
Educational Requirements
- Masters degree from reputed university.
Experience Requirements
- Candidates from development sectors with 6- 8 Years’ experience will be given preference.
- Experience in the Training and Development.
Job Requirements
- Experienced to design and implement innovative learning intervention, development related.
- Good knowledge in material development/review and monitoring & evaluation and report writing.
- More for exceptional candidates, and opportunity for rapid enhancement for them.
Job Location
- Dhaka
- He/She needs to travel all over the Country frequently.
