Job Title: Service Promoter (Customer Care Center)

Job Location: Chittagong, Cox'sbazar, Paltan (Dhaka), Khulna, Jessore, Faridpur.

Job Description:

  • Maintain all kinds of service level designed.
  • Maintain smooth coordination among service provider, to ensure service operation is delivered accordingly
  • Produce feedback to customer Complains on priority basis and handle critical customer.
  • Promoting Mobile Financial Services (MFS) current and new as per the direction
  • Responsible to ensure clean & tidy environment at Customer Care Center
  • Promoting and interacting with Customers to increase customer and service footfall

Educational Qualification:

  • Business graduate from a reputed national/foreign university with adequate GSM Knowledge

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in related field 1 year (preferable)

Additional Requirements:

  • Skilled/ adequate knowledge in Customer Service Management
  • Excellent operational and leadership skills
  • Good command in verbal and written communication
  • Possesses problem solving, analytical ability
  • Innovative and dynamic
