Job Description:
- Maintain all kinds of service level designed.
- Maintain smooth coordination among service provider, to ensure service operation is delivered accordingly
- Produce feedback to customer Complains on priority basis and handle critical customer.
- Promoting Mobile Financial Services (MFS) current and new as per the direction
- Responsible to ensure clean & tidy environment at Customer Care Center
- Promoting and interacting with Customers to increase customer and service footfall
Educational Qualification:
Job Requirements:
- Experience in related field 1 year (preferable)
Additional Requirements:
- Skilled/ adequate knowledge in Customer Service Management
- Excellent operational and leadership skills
