Post: Sr. Officer, IT

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Installation, Configuration and support of Microsoft Windows 2003 / 2008 Server & Win XP / 7 / 8 client environment.
  
• Maintain and administer Active directory, DNS, DHCP, Group policy, File server, Internet & gateway, Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013, Linux postfix, Antivirus & Backup server.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve computer, Networking and/or on-site and remote support.
  
• Maintain, configure and administration Mikrotik& Other Brand Router as well as bandwidth management.
  
• Monitor Network & Internet connectivity from head office to branch offices.
  
• Manage (block/whitelist/blacklist/etc.) spam mails from spam gateway firewall and protect mail server from unwanted threads.
  
• Internet Access, ACL and web access policy Implementation.
  
• Device level core network settings & configuration management. Network Switch, Router, Access Points management & configuration backup & restore.
  
• Have a thorough knowledge on LAN’s & WAN’s.
  
• Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all current IT systems, including Websites, PCs, operating systems, software applications, CCTV, Access Control, Networking and other IT peripherals.
  
• Excellent communication both in Bengali and English (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills.

Requirement:

• B.Sc. (CS) with minimum 3 years practical experience.
