Job Description / Responsibility:

• Installation, Configuration and support of Microsoft Windows 2003 / 2008 Server & Win XP / 7 / 8 client environment.
  
• Maintain and Administer Active directory, DNS, DHCP, Group policy, File server, Internet & gateway, Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013, Linux postfix, Antivirus & Backup server.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve computer, Networking and/or on-site and remote support.
  
• Maintain, configure and administration Mikrotik & Other Brand Router as well as bandwidth management.
  
• Monitor Network & Internet connectivity from head office to branch offices.
  
• Manage (block/whitelist/blacklist/etc.) spam mails from spam gateway firewall and protect mail server from unwanted threads.
  
• Internet Access, ACL and web access policy Implementation.
  
• Device level core network settings & configuration management. Network Switch, Router, Access Points management & configuration backup & restore.
  
• Have a thorough knowledge on LAN’s & WAN’sand Load Balancing.
  
• SQL Server Setup, Monitoring backup and restore.
  
• Established need of users and monitor users and security.
  
• Refining logical design to meet requirement developing, managing and testing backup and recovery plan.
  
• IT problem solving skill.
  
• Provide various support or customization testing and implementation of Oracle ERP Software. Good Knowledge about Oracle Database 11g.
  
• Ensure smooth functioning of all Software as like ERP, Customized Software, Tally, HRM etc in Oracle Database.
  
• Good Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle packages, stored procedures, functions & triggers, Oracle & Cristal Report Builder.
  
• Develop software solutions, customized by studying information needs, systems flow, data usage and work processes using Oracle.
  
• Excellent communication both in Bengali and English (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills.

Requirement:

• B.Sc. (CS) or M. Sc (CS) with minimum 5years practical experience.

Age: 30 to 40 year(s)
