Job Description / Responsibility:
- Greet and assist guest / visitors of the company.
- Attend guest / visitors and answer their queries by providing necessary information.
- Direct the guest to the concern person to meet.
- Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post / couriers
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
- Receive all company documents and ensure proper documentation, record keeping.
- Responsible to maintain all types of records related to Front / Receptions desk.
- Operate the PABX & Receive the transfer phone calls and message

- Age 25 to 30 year(s)
- Only females are allowed to apply.
- Minimum 01-02 years working experience in the similar field in a renowned company
- Outstanding proficiency in both written & spoken English
- Good command in Computer application
- Good interpersonal skills&Pleasant personality
