Job Description / Responsibility:
- Elevator Engineers Ltd a fast growing high profile organization in the Elevator sector is looking for a highly experienced, knowledgeable and visionary professional for the position of Manager/Asst.Manager to act as its Group Leader sales and lead a highly professional team. The talent we are looking for has to be dynamic and mature personality who has in-depth job knowledge in the area of Elevator Sector. The potential who has proven track record in achieving substantial targets.
- Responsible for strategic planning, management and development of the Elevator business to ensure all round maximization of efficiency to achieve a steady growth of business and image of the company.
- Translate customer's requirements to a business solution.
- Maintain contacts with key and prospective clients to increase synergies.
- Remain well aware of development in the Elevator sector.
- Identify training needs and conduct trainings in small groups to brief them about any change in company's business strategies.
- Continuous coordination with cross functional teams for planning and implementing campaigns, internal communications, aligning with specific sales marketing objectives an overall strategies and action plan.
- Able to work under pressure with realistic time table to meet deadline for internal and external customers.
- Work closely with the revenue generating team to develop, negotiate and win long term profitable and sustainable business.
Job Nature: Full-time
Educational Requirements:
- BBA/Masters/ MBA (in any discipline) from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
Additional Job Requirements:
- Leadership quality.
- Capable to handle 10 feed people independently;
- Good interpersonal communication skill both Bengali & English;
- Ability to work under pressure & time limit;
- Performance oriented;
- At least 03 - 05 years working experience in relevant field.
