• Direct interaction with new and existing customers.
• Customer retention and new/ customized electrical cables offerings.
• Maintain record of enquiries/ orders including follow-up response and order execution.
• Responsible from order generation to order replenishment covering all stages of Direct Sales cycle to corporate customers. 
• Coordinates with Finance/ Logistics for managing delivery and VAT documentations on time. 
• Need to know handle a team under him.
• Collect competitor’s information about promotion and strategy
