Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily transaction
  • Maintain & Preparing all kind of Vouchers.
  • TAX, Vat, Payroll, and Custom/Excise duty Management.
  • Analyse business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitment
  • Report to management regarding the finances of establishment
  • Establish tables of accounts & assign entries to proper accounts
  • Ensuring statutory compliances for PF withdrawal, annual returns, factory license, shop and establishment license, labour law and record information on a timely basis
  • Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave and full and final settlements
  • Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
  • Checking travel and tour expenses and contractor bills and record in relevant software for timely credit of the amount into employee's accounts
  • Any other responsibility as and when assigned by the management.
  • Establish and maintain cash controls
  • Monitor cash reserves and investments
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements
  • Establish and maintain supplier accounts

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • Accounts, Finance, Audit, Cash Management, Internal Audit, Strategic Planning, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
  • Should have strong knowledge on MS Word & Excel
  • Strong interpersonal Skill to deal with top management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bangla.
  • Age 25 to 35 year(s)
  • 1 year experience in related field

Education & Experience:

  • BBA in a reputed university preferred North South University, East West University, AIUB etc (Major: Accounting/Finance)
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in relevant field
