Job Description / Responsibility

  • Manage, grow, train and motivate a sizeable team of ad reviewers / content moderators.
  • Ensure that content submitted is professionally reviewed and unwanted content efficiently filtered out and rejected.
  • Manage and keep up to date all policies that guides moderation.
  • Be obsessed with understanding customer needs and experiences so that we can improve our service.
  • Be equally obsessed with blocking any attempt of fraud, and building a culture focused on trust.
  • Ensure timely and successful completion of projects under customer service.
  • Communicate efficiently and clearly in virtual teams, and deliver requested results in a timely manner.
  • Provide inspiring challenges and growth opportunities for all team members.

Educational Requirements:

  • Higher degree in relevant subjects is a must

Experience Requirements:

  • 5 to 10 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements 

  • Age 25 to 40 year(s)
  • Full fluency in English and Bangla required.
  • Western mindset a great asset to minimise cultural differences in virtual teams.
  • Broad minded personality and proven leadership qualities a must.
  • A good understanding of value based management a benefit.
