Job Description / Responsibility:
- To provide the strategic direction needed by the Company to achieve business goal.
- To lead and manage the profitable development of the Business to ensure it achieves its objectives and capture all opportunities for profitable growth.
- Leadership for strategic & operational planning.
- In addition to the operational activities, he is responsible for ensuring a strong winning culture, building capability and managing relationships with stakeholders.
- He is responsible for all operational activities, organization and market growth. The scope of the role is forecasting to selling and distribution, business and organizational development.
- He will make recommendations on long term strategies for business growth.
- He will plan, direct and control activities of the business aimed at achieving return on investment.
Job Nature: Full-time
Educational Requirements: Minimum master's degree from a recognized University.
Job Requirements:
- Age – Maximum 45 years.
- Over 10 years work experience in senior executive position in the fast food industry.
- At least 5 years experience as the head of any franchise fast food chain.
- Experience leading to business expansion and market development.
