Position: Resident Research Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The ideal candidate should be able to analyse a given circuit and identify the different components of the same.
  • Should be able to measure input & output current/voltages and determine the efficiency of a circuit/driver.
  • Should have idea about the functions of the component of a driver circuit.
  • Should have idea about different parameters of an electric motor.
  • Be able to identify and suggest alternative components/ICs from the existing one’s in a complete circuit/circuit diagram.
  • Be able to develop and implement various research programs to evaluate electrical products durability.
  • Should maintain comprehensive details of each research program.
  • Should develop various testing methods of a product’s components to meet quality standards.
  • Be able to ensure product components' capabilities by implementing testing methods.
  • Be able to prepare testing reports by analyzing and interpreting data.

EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master’s/Bachelor degree in Applied Physics and Electronics from a public  or reputed private university.
  • EEE graduate with similar skill set may also apply.
  • 1-2 years similar experience is desirable.
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Age not more than 30 year(s).
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Must be willing to stay at EELL Factory Dormitory or a private house at Hotapara, Gazipur.
