Position:  Branch Manager/ Assistant Branch Manager 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead team members comprising of TSOs & MPOs and Distributor point’s sales forces.
  • Forecast market demand and achieve sales target.
  • Organize monthly meetings, give sales feedback, explore different opportunities with increase in coverage area and set individual target.
  • Monitoring competitor’s activities & report accordingly.
  • Visit territories to ensure that Sales forces are getting proper guidance, motivation and other logistical support from their respective TSOs.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan and strategy for growth of sales and revenue.
  • Achieve organizational goal by achieving month to month given target through sincere efforts and leadership skills.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management of the company.
  • Ensure promotional programs are executed accordingly.
  • Analyze distribution channel’s viability & distribution opportunities.
  • Trend & competitive analysis by Brand & SKU (Stock Keeping Unit).
  • Ensuring Product availability and visibility in the shops.
  • Regular searching and development of new market & induct/ appoint new dealers.

 EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • MBA/ Masters in Marketing from a reputed university.
  • B.Sc in Engineering graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum 5 years of Job experience in the relevant field with at least 2 years in a managerial position
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Sales and Marketing department of any renowned electrical/ electronics company of Bangladesh.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS 

  • Need to be smart & presentable.
  • Fair knowledge about Electrical & Electronic products and services.
  • Need to have good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to take challenge, overcome obstacles with winning attitude.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in both English & Bengali languages.
  • Must have computer knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel and be capable to use Company ERP software.
