Position: Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager, Corporate Sales


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make sales plan as per given sales target focusing on corporate business segments such as- Industries, Corporate houses, Institutions, Government utilities, MES, contractors etc.
  • Organize weekly/ monthly sales collection meeting with the team.
  • Need to maintain good relationship with architectural and consulting firms.
  • Responsible for increasing business opportunities through various routes and also need to develop new business in line with the revenue & sales.
  • Provide post -sales service to the existing customers and also need to organize promotional initiatives for attracting the customers.
  • Responsible to manage all the sales staffs and train them and need to develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth.
  • Encourage full usage of all facilities to maximize sales.
  • Be pro-active in putting suggestion and actions to achieve the department’s targets.
  • Guide team to achieve the given target.
  • Need to have the knowledge of competitor activities with sales, collection credit and new product entry.
  • Prepare progress report as required by management.

 EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • MBA/ Post Graduate Major in Marketing from reputed university.
  • B.Sc in EEE will be given preference.
  • Minimum 4 years of Job experience in the relevant field.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Sales and Marketing department of any renowned home appliance or electronics retailer in the country.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS 

  • Need to be smart & presentable.
  • Fair knowledge about Electrical & Electronic products and services.
  • Ability to take challenge, overcome obstacles with winning attitude.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in both English & Bengali languages.
  • The candidate may need to travel out of Dhaka/Chittagong frequently.
  • Must have computer knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel and be capable to use Company ERP software.

SALARY RANGE

  • Negotiable (Attractive salary & benefits will be offered to the deserving candidate).
