Position: Trainee Officer

Key Responsibilities
  • Attending the formal training provided by the organization, noting down the instructions given while training, understanding the theoretical aspects of the organization's goals and operations, understanding the organization's expectations from their executive for planning the career goals accordingly, etc.
  • Visiting potential customers for new business.
  • Need to deal with customer queries.
  • Need to achieve monthly sales target as per requirement.
  • Monthly sales report preparation and submission to the Management.
  • Need to ensure customer services, maintain customer relation and customer retention.
  • Will be responsible to gain and share product knowledge to the parties, dealers and distributors.

Educational Requirements

  • BBA/Post Graduate/MBA major in Marketing from any reputed university.
  • B.Sc in EEE will be given preference.

Experience Requirements

  •  Freshers with no job experience are encouraged to apply.
  • The applicants should have Knowledge in the following area(s):
     Sales and Marketing department of any renowned home appliance or electronics retailer in the country.

Additional Requirements

  • Age At most 30 year(s)
  • Should have great communication skills.
  • Must have computer knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel and be capable to use Company ERP software.
  • Fluency in Bengali and English.
