We are currently looking for a young talent with uncompromising passion for Supply Chain Management for the following position in Finance Division of edotco Bangladesh Co Ltd.
Executive, Supply Chain Management
The main purpose of this role is to execute all procurement activities timely & efficiently to ensure delivery of required goods and services in time every time.
The role will be primarily accountable for the followings:
- Initiate bidding process including RFI/RFQ/RFP for procurement goods and services in line with approved budget to select appropriate supplier(s)
- Follow up purchase requisition and issue purchase order as per internal KPI
- Follow up delivery of goods or service with vendors and coordinate with user and vendor
- Generate report from RAPID system weekly/monthly/yearly basis as per the requirement from management and, also generate weekly report for SCM
- Keep record of the bid documents with sequential manners for future reference
- Ensure vendor performance evaluation and their grievance handling on time
- Ensure closing of open PO’s upon confirmation from users
- Preserve all documents in soft version and hard copy for future audit reference
- Follow up with contract team to complete the signing of agreement in time
- Maintain 100% compliance in group sourcing and supply chain processes

Job Location: edotco Bangladesh Corporate Office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka
Working Knowledge & Experience:
- 2 Years of working experience in Supply Chain Management area
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics/Civil Engineering
- MBA, major in Finance/Operations Management will be added advantage
- Must have impressive Communication skill
- Excellent Negotiation and Analytical skill
- Knowledge about local/international business and Commercial Laws will be plus
- Knowledge about Global Logistics will be plus
- Knowledge on ERP/Supply Chain Process automation will be plus
